Hey everyone... does anyone know what the front and back speaker sizes are in the lancer 2008 SE? I read somewhere in another forum that it's 6.5" in the GTS but I don't want to rely on one source and that was only confirmed for the GTS.

I want to buy a set of boston acoustics pro series... does anyone have them? are they truly the best?

Size is 6.5" front and rear for all trims.

Drives: 2008 Lancer 2.0 GLS (same as USA model ES)
yeah, definitely 6.5"...I just fitted rockford splits into the front doors and I used the P162S model.
You will have to either cut out the oem speakers from their mountings and use the mountings for your new speakers or use custom spacers.
Have a look at my post on installing the RF speakers.
