I am trying to connect trailer lights to my rig. There are five wires for the light harness: right turn, left turn, tail lights, brake lights and ground. The rig has one green and one black wire for each light and some have two greens and one black. Any ideas which wires I should be connecting to?

Thanks!

Hi there

Pajero manuals are totally silent on this trailer light connections. However, you can do a Yahoo! or Google search on this subject and will tell you in details on all wirings and schematics.

Check out this site.

Thanks for responses. I managed to figure it out on my own. The black is the ground and the green is the hot lead. Which is a little confusing because in most American electical devices the green is always the ground and the black is always the lead. Anyway it is installed and working good.

Thanks again!
