Official? No.
Do it yourself? Absolutely.

I'm still waiting for somebody to release the diameters for the reflectors. I'm planning on installing my own... in the future.

My guess is you would have to "cook" your existing light in the oven (and risk burning it) to then be able to open it and install those amazing looking angel eyes !!

I would not do it myself.. too many horror stories out there ;-)

you can look here for some more info...

I actually like the slight cutoff at the top. In the dark, makes the car look like it's angry!

GRRRRRR!

So, are angel eyes usually as bright as normal headlights, or are they super-bright, like those white lights that blind me on the freeway?

No they are not, say when you turn on your headlight switch so only your side marker lights come on, angel eyes will be about as bright as them. They will not suffice an additional beam. Do you ever notice BMW's with angel eyes? That will give you an idea.

There is a company on another forum that is making a kit especially for our car. Sign up/post if you want them.

http://s3.zetaboards.com/2008_Lancers/topic/7052988/2/#new

Sorry about putting another forum link in here, but they are looking for pre-orders.
And it will be for OUR car.
