I was wondering if anyone else has this problem.
When sitting still i hear a light tick (not like a valve knocking) just real light.

2003 Eclipse RS 2.4 Manual Trans

push your clutch pedal down to the floor when it does that. does the noise go away? if yes then its most likely a bad trans mount.

My car does this and so does bobthecows. It's just what the 4g64 sounds like. Nothing out of the ordinary for these cars.

our engine, could be belt.. nothing serious, not valve knocking!! ur engine wouldnt be working for long trust me, like 5 minutes

Yea it's probably not the belt, I've heard cars with only like 15000 miles that do it. It's an OHC thing. Honda's are especially bad for doing it. But it's nothing unusual.
