Eibach or Tein are my 2 favorite brands. But there are others out there that you can look at and compare.

And for lowering you have 2 main options, lowering springs or coilovers.

Coilovers-give you the best handling out of the 2 because coilovers are fully adjustable but you get horrible ride quality.

Lowering springs-you get a lowered height but it's generally fixed and non-adjustable and you don't sacrifice as much along the lines of ride quality.

So it's up to you from there, if you want pure handling and don't care about ride quality then get coilovers. If you want just a lowered height and a bit better handling but you don't want an uncomfortable ride, get lowering springs.
