IMO, sell the wheels. Upgrade to some 17"s, and get some 235/40ZR17 HP tires. That's just me though.
EDIT: Some information for you on tires, and the meaning of the sizing and number/letter:
195/70R15 195..... This number is the width of the tire from sidewall to sidewall, across the treaded side of the tire. 70..... This is the distance between the bead, and the tread face of the tire, on the outside of the sidewall. R..... This denotes the tire as a "radial" tire. ZR is also common and is mainly reserved for sport/perforance tires (DO NOT think that Z has anything to do with the speed rating of he tire!!! It does not!) There are a few others as well, which you will most likely never see, unless you work with tires. 15..... This is the size of the wheel you can use. Hope that helps.
