I just got my 01 Galant ES this January and I worked on it non-stop through heat and rain for the past three months, let me know what you ladies and gents think. I spent around $5000 on it so far...Cyber-III full kit by AeroDesigns, TYC lights, 04 Mustang spoiler, Decepticon Emblems, Custom Ravage emblem, MB wheels w/Pirelli tires, R-1 Concepts drilled/slotted rotors, BOMEX short ram intake, Motul oil, paint by MAACO, Kit installed by My Mechanic in Bremerton, WA. I molded the rear bumper and skirts to car, and molded the front grill to the front bumper.

The top part of the front bumper is the original chrome grill that came with the car, I just grabbed it, cut off the bottom part along with all the bars in between. Then I bought some fiber glass mat and resin and put it in place followed by some bondo to blend it in just like I did with the rear bumper and the side skirts. Then I took off the mitsubishi emblem and covered it with fiber glass as well to give it a clean look.

No, the rear bumper fits good since its riveted on, I took off the support and filled it in with spray foam I got from Lowe's. I just drilled two small holes on the back and filled it in with 3 bottles of foam, you can cover the holes with license plate screws since you already have your bumper painted.

DAMN :o !!!!!!! well the only thing you can do now is trim the excess off and throw in some fiber glass mat to cover the hole and have it painted again or you can buy fender flares and mold them to the bumper and rear quarter panel. Its an easy fix but you're gonna have to drop a couple hundred bucks to get it re-touched. If you don't want to paint it you can put some fiber glass vinyl on the flares, you can get at Autozone and save yourself $200 to $400. :gunsmilie:

you can use 3M Heavy Duty double sided tape, the thick one and it should hold it on there. Make sure you put it all along the edge so all of it makes contact with the tape.
