Thats cool.
It would be even more useful if we could install this thing in the Trunk, cuz thats what we open more frequently.

I do wish the trunk slowly raised up.. I mean, at least even a little bit. Great way to get scratches on the bumper is by your fingers trying to wedge under it. I've never been a fan of using the spoiler as a trunk handle to push it vertically.

Plus there's just some instances where I have shit in my hands.

+1

I really try not to hit the car with my nails, but I know that it happens. This hasn't been an issue for me pertaining to the hood though unlike the trunk. Don't really like using the wing to lift it either. I swear it has nothing to do with being lazy, but everything to do with taking the best care of the car. Anybody know if there is something out there for the trunk to lift like this?

I should learn when to keep my mouth shut...

But my trunk does pop up real fast. I was driving over the dumpster the other day, and when I hit the speed bump it snapped open.

no comment on that lol.

When i got rear ended. The body shop did the best they could do to fix my trunk to close and sometimes it doesnt close when i slam it down. Sounds like ill break something. (my guns are too strong) :gunsmilie: I just hate it sometimes. And i like the idea of the trunk opening up slowly when its opened at least a place to grab/pull to get it open instead of the wing.
