Just pick up a used engine for $500 and throw it in there. You'll have more money in parts trying to fix that thing.

You're pissing in the wind if you think just replacing the roller rockers is going to do anything. Your valves are bent. You need to replace/repair your cylinder heads.

I'm not trying to be a prick.... but I know what I'm talking about :). I've worked on one or 200 of these before. Visit www.car-part.com and pickup a pair of cylinder heads, then visit your local autoparts store and order a head gasket kit.
