its the passenger side and i think its the sunroof, but i took off the panels to run a new drain line but i didnt even see an orginally hose?? im stumped. but it completly flooded my passenger side and ruined the amp under the seat and fryed my music which is hard for me to live with out. so any suggestions would be nice. thank you, especially if ya help.

I had this problem, but in addition to standing water on the passenger floorboard I had a soaked ceiling. I opened the sunroof and found the drain hole on on the passenger side clogged (they are located at the inside corners). I cleared it and everything seems to be okay for now, but we haven't had a heavy rain again to test it.

My suggestion... fix leak, replace amp.

Best way to test this is put your car through a self wash place. Use a hose and spray water on the sunroof for about 5-10 minutes.
