Ok, so my cruise control hasnt worked for a while now. All the lights come on, and everything but i just dont get any cruise control, so i dont think it is electrical, I think i have it narrowed down to 2 problems, Vacuum or the Cruise control servo.

The vacuum line itself is fine i've taken it off and there are no leaks in it. My question is, will there be vacuum in the line even if the cruise control is turned off? For testing purposes? or is it this thing just worn out...

just out of curiosity have you ever had a problem with the car not wanting to start? When my fuel pump relay was going "bad" (I never replaced it just tore it apart and cleaned it) if I tried to use the cruise it would shut itself off.
