HI TODAY MY BATTERY JUST DIED AND IT WAS A ONE YEAR OLD BATTERY AFTER I GOT IT JUMP STARTED A ENGINE CODE CAME UP IT WAS P0335 THEN I WENT TO AUTO ZONE AND THEY CHECKED MY BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR AND THEY SAID MY ALTERNATOR IS FINE BUT MY BETTERYS CELL DIED AND ITS BECAUSE OF CORROSION AROUND THE TERMINAL AFTER I REPLACE THE BATTERY THE CODE WENT OFF I WAS JUST WONDERING IS THE CODE GOING TO COME BACK I DRIVEN IT ALOT TODAY ALSO BUT NO CODE CAME BACK

It shouldn't. You should have asked them what the code was for so we could give you a definite answer on whether or not the code will come back or not. But as far as your terminals being corroded, if you still have the stock ones, I would recommend getting new ones that aren't pieces of shit.

Your code turned off because the ecu reset when the battery was disconected.

You need to not drive your call at all. P0335 is a camshaft position sensor failure code. If you do not get that fixed, your cylinders will fill up with fuel, spark, and blow the engine.
