so we had to replace the thermostat, but now that i am trying to start the car after doing that, its started but then died, followed by a buzzing noise coming from what i belive is the comp from behind the heater area.

anyways, after mucking around trying to get it to go, i find that if the buzzing noise goes away, the radiator fans come on, but as soon as the buzzing noise comes back on, the fans cut out. not sure if that has anything to do with it, but worht putting in here. i have tried to find the diag plug, but for mitsi to be diffucult, i cant find it in the obvious places.

if anyone can help out, it would be much appreciated

Are yu still having issues starting it? Its hard to say . I have had many , well most times when ever i have heard bussing , clicking noises frum near the heater area like that , usually sumthing is up with the ECM , especially if yu are having issues starting it. I have found that , when the ECM is bad and doing this it triggers the various relays in that area causing the noises. I have had ecm's do this and then later start the vehicle and then later not start at all.

for some reason i think it has done its dash :devil: i think it may be time to look into prices and just replace it to see where that gets me :puzzled:
