Hey guys, I have a similar forum topic going, but no response. I have an 07 Raider Durocross. It's a V6 and I have a K&N air filter and Borla ProXS muffler. I had my mechanic saw off the first resonator (after the cat back) b/c the sound wasn't any different. We left the back resonator on. It's got a decent sound, good low tone at low rpm but a little raspy at high rpm. I've heard different opinions on the resonators. Does anyone know if taking them both off will mess up backflow and lower torque? My guy tells me it will do both and be overall louder, but that's about it. I had another guy tell me to leave both resonators on for best performance. Anyone know what the resonators off/on will really do and should I remove the one before the tip? Thanks!

Quick update, due to trial and error, I have found the answer to my own question. Just in case anyone else wants to know, cut those two resons off and throw on a 3" Gibson exhaust system. Now that's what I'm talkin about. Love it. No more weed eater sound.

Nope, no pics with new exhaust. I'll try to get some up sometime when I can get a digital pic.
