Can anyone tell me how to adjust the handbrake for 1.8 GDI T reg. I know it is adjusted from inside the car but just require details. Thanks

Not sure if its the same as my 1.6 GLX mate but.I remove the console that surrounds the handbrake and there is a locking nut(not really sure if thats what its called but)you can see the handbrake cable coming in from under the car into it,all you do is tighten it up,but dont tighten to hard or the handbrake will not go on at all.
