So im changing my 02 lancer's stock stereo to a better one and I was wondering if I need something to plug the stereo or if it just attaches without any trouble..
I really dont know much about stereos and would appreciate any help.

you need a wiring harness. it will have a plug and a whole bunch of wires coming out of it. you just attach the wires to the designated wires on the back of your new head unit and mount it and there you go. i got mine from best buy. just tell em that you need a wiring harness for an 02 lancer and there you go.
