What do you think the best Intake is for a 98 RS?(link it if possible). also the same for headers exhaust and underdrive pulley. just trying to get the best bang for the buck. keep it kind of mediocre priced please and thank you. i was thinking this. Cold Air intake

For what you are doing, pipe is pipe. SOme people have gotten E-bay air filter kits, thrown away the filter that comes with it, and slapped on a K&N filter.
If you want basic upgrades, air intake, exhaust system, and header are about all you can do for cheap. You really won't get anything extra with an under drive pulley, IMO it would be a waste of money.
If you want serious power, rebuild for turbo.

oh yeah, and the $120 they are asking for it is way over priced. You can get a better one on ebay for 50 or so. And like calin666 said, Pipe is pipe. Just add a K&N

Although... if you lived in california it would probably be worth spending a bit more for AEM or Injen so that it would be smog legal.
