here's the problem, I'm about to make a deal with this store about some 19" or 20" XIX X05 rims, which one should I get? need your help guys, this is happening today september 19, 2008. 19X8.5 or 20X8.5 both 5x114.3 bolt pattern, i'm worried that 20 might look to big and might not suite the lancer, fitment wise i know they will both fit without problems. here are the rims i'm talking about. QUOTE(Neenja @ Sep 19 2008, 05:14 AM) Ooooo tight rims :D Are you gonna go with the chrome or solid black? Not a fan of the black rims myself, but with your two-tone look, it would be aiight.
I think 20's are cheaper because there's not a demand for them. They're cheap here in Canada aswell. Like you gentlemen said before me, most see 20's on SUV's or trucks, and there's more ppl that would buy nicer rims for thier cars than SUV's/truck's. Just a thought. i'm going for the machined with black like the first one in the picture.

QUOTE(fullmetalpanic @ Sep 19 2008, 02:38 PM) 20s are how shall I say this.... ghetto.
I do love the deep dish look though. They look nice, I don't like really shiney rims but these are nice.
haha IMHO stick with 18's lol or 19's, but you will lose MPGs going bigger rim size.. And i dont think lancers are meant to put big rims on, because its not that kind of a car. I say dont even go over 18, but thats just me.
