So last night someone broke into my car.... went through all the crap in there. Left all the CDs, took the cash. They popped my hood and my trunk, took the emergency kit I had in the trunk with my jumper cables and flares and such. Stole $3 worth of PENNIES out of my ash tray. Then they OPENED!!!! my garage door with the opener in my car. Went in the garage broke into the 3000GT and went though that. Stole a DVD from the library in it.
They ripped the thermometer out of the dash! Left all the prosport gauges, and tools in the garage alone. I don't understand, tools are what I would have went for first. Then probably the Cds. They left the door open in the 3000 so it was dead this morning and I had no jumpers to do it with..... GRRRRRRRR!!!!

Police say theres nothing they can do for us, but since they stole the garage door opener I can only think they wanna come back. And when they do I will be waiting with my 12 gauge... I am so pissed off.
I had some friends from 3si over last night and we stayed out until around 2 and them came back and went to bed. Noone heard the garage door open. I have no idea why they didnt' take anything else, as I had drunkenly left my wallet in the car. But all the stuff was taken out of it and then left on the seat.

Cant help but lose hope for society. I'd say to get your garage door changed immediately. Sorry to hear that and yeah to be honest, it sounds like a desperate crack addict that didnt want to carry anything heavy. Also the police are so freaking stupid, my house got broken into and they wouldn't bother helping then either... Living in a city with the highest auto theft rate in Canada, I know a separate alarm is a must. I went with the CompuStar P2W9000FM-AS with an illegally loud siren. I just don't trust anybody around here.

I really don't understand what goes through the minds of some of these punks. They're obviously too damned stupid to know anything of value. And also, is your garage door remote? If so, see if you can change the toggle in your remote and the reciever so it'll run off a different frequency. That way they can't get back in.

I once had a robber break out the passenger window of my 240, use a crowbar to break open the dash to steal my radio, but in doing so, the faceplate flew in the back seat, and they got scared off, and didn't end up stealing anything, but they did $300 worth of damage.

Also, last year, someone boroke into my Tiburon and stole my GPS and my Valentine 1 (I miss her SOOO bad)...

It makes me want to put this on my car.
