Alright I have read through the forums to see if there was similar problem and there was one topic but he did specifically say what was shaking so please dont close. At 65 mph my wheel starts shaking badly but if i go below that its fine. Does that have anything to do with aligning or something? thanks

Either you're out of alignment, your wheels need balancing, or you have suspension problems.

You got it hope it's one of the 2 cheaper problems that I listed and not something expensive as hell.

Oh and another thing I forgot that could be a possibility is that you have a bent axle, that could cause it, but more than likely if that was the case you would feel it at all speeds not just when you're 65mph or above.

Check to make sure you don't have a shot belt in one of the tires. Get them rebalanced. Thats most likely the cause. Of course there is the possibility something major is going on.

Kumho, they are the best quality for the price you pay. You can get 195/60/R15's Kumho Ecsta ASX's for $50 a tire. Or if you have a different wheel size they shouldn't be anymore than $80 a tire. And those are extremely nice Ultra High Performance all season tires. I have them on my 16's on my GS and I absolutely love them. And as I said for the price you can't get any better. But if you don't really have a tight budget, you can go for Pirellis, Yokohamas, Nittos, or any other high performance brand.

Yea but you forgot Pirelli-Zero Neros, they are an excellent tire even though you hate them, they are still excellent, and they can range anywhere from about $85-$125 a tire.

alright guys, i'm not sure if my problem is the same as guy who started this thread, but it sounds close. i've got a nasty rattle coming from the right front my 3g spyder. it hits between 40-55mph and whenever i hit a bump. i had the alignment checked and everything is spot on. wheels are balanced. lower control arm is fine, and the tires are wearing normally. it does pull a little to the right though. the only culprit i've come up with is a lower strut bushing or an upper strut mount maybe? any insight into this problem would be helpful.

How many miles on the car? its "recommended" to change the shocks and struts at around 50K. might as well do the mounts too.

Then again there is me, 150,000 miles. original suspension. (rides like crap) just haven't had a chance to get it on a rack and actually do some work...other then the necessary minor junk.

Also look at the post "Vibration at high speeds" and check the rear end as i described there. Remember noises echo around sometimes.
