Hi, i need somebody to help me with my car.
recently i buy a 2nd hand mitsu L200 with auto transmision.
the problem is the fuel consumption of this car
i need help wether i would
1. change the entire engine to toyota hilux turbo
2. change transmision to manual and how much mileage it will increase?
i'm from malaysia and the diesel price is really gone high

hiya ive got a l200 2003 model, with manual transmission.
ive found that no matter how slow and under control i try to drive it i only average 36mpg. full tank of fuel will do 300 miles (before the fuel light)

dont know how your model compares?
