I have had my evo gsr for about a month now, its been parked mostly and I have not really beat on it yet (only has 500mi on it) I was thinking about trading for and mr so I drove it 70mi to the dealership I bought it from only to find that I like my gsr better anyway. on the way home at stoplights and low rpm I could hear a noise almost like a clicking/humming noise that increased with engine rpm...maybe I just never noticed it before, but I wanted to see if maybe it was just normal on these. It almost sounds like lifter tick, just not as loud.

Maybe it's just my imagination, but it seems like mine come in spurts. Does yours make the same sound all the time? Have you checked under the hood for the noise at idle?
