An OEM unit can be had usually on E-Bay for cheaper than the dealership......

The reviews of the Navi from Mitsubishi......it really isn't all that good. I have it & I rarely use it because it is an outdated P.O.crap. My Garmin is much better & quicker & it has the 2009 map update on it. The portable units offer more features than the Mitsu's by a bunch.

Just an FYI...if you buy a Garmin from Circuit City/Best Buy...wherever...they offer on their website (Garmin's) a free update to the newest map available if the unit you buy doesn't have the latest version. I think that it is only good for like 30 days after you buy it, but still good to know.

Otherwise, slim chance you could find an OEM unit on here in the classified....or you could post that your looking for 1 & maybe someone would jump on & help you out....

I got the StreetPilot C550. It's a little big & clumsy compared to a Nuvi. I recently sampled a base Nuvi. It actually recalculated quicker than mine does..if you go off route. It is obviously thinner (which made me feel like I was going to break the darn thing) & lighter, but the base Nuvi that I used had kinda a dim display compared to mine...even when it was turned all the way up. It had a bunch of useless things on it. Currency Converter, calculator some other crap. Nice unit....but if you go with a Nuvi....get a widescreen version of 1. My C550 is nice & it works pretty well...but it is kinda big. The sound quality is better than the Nuvi that I was using so you can hear the voice better. IDK....I have always had Garmins...this 1 is my 4rth I believe & they have always been great. Customer Service has been outstanding.
