in my mind, id be quicker to buy it if it didnt run...as long as i had a running car already. im all about building it up an d making it my own. and plus it would give me a chance to rip something apart...havent done that since my dads VCR when i was like 10...god he was pissed XD

i wouldnt buy a car that doesnt run because there could be any number of problems with that car, and you just cant tell because you cant give it a test drive. that eclipse in the add is best used as a parts car, i believe. if you get it and it turns out that it drives fine, then you got lucky. very lucky.

Only buy it is youre willing to use it as a parts car. then IF you can get it running, like magnet said you got lucky.
