I just picked up a 2006 Raider DuroCross, and so far I love it. My only gripe is that the stereo (6-disc changer + Sirius) doesn't seem to have an aux audio input for my MP3 player.

The prior owner decided to keep the subwoofer, so there's a handful of wires coming out of the floor in the back:

The black wire on the left is teasing me... it's a standard 1/8" stereo jack that's just begging to be plugged into my MP3 player, but since there's no aux input mode on the stereo itself, I doubt that's what its for.

Can somebody identify those wires for me?

Thanks!

I found an old CD player in a closet, and I plugged the mystery wire into it. No sound, as expected.

But I did find this, which looks like the way to go if I want aux audio input on the factory radio:

those wires sure look aftermarket. I would bet that they had a different stereo in the truck adn put back in the stock radio.
