i hit a pretty big puddle today and mow i think my wires are wet if i try to punch like to pass my car sputters any way to fix it

spark plug wires got wet i think so are they still good or will i need new ones

Well look at it this way. Spark pplug wires are more insulated than any other wire under your hood. (Unless you have a stereo system like mine) :P . So the odds of water affecting them is slim to none. But if they got wet from driving over a puddle then everything else under your hood prob. did too. Like pwee said let it dry off for tomight and if you still have problems in the morning let us know.

ok well the idol on it is rough and it has loss of power sputters when i push it hard so im guessing altanator or distribitor cap got wet or something but at this point idk i was thinking of wd40 the wires or something if not just check to see if i got water in my air box or something but my babys hurtin so that means in hurtin

no if i did it would be completly screwed and i just took out my 1st cylinder spark plug and it was wet

If you replace the plugs, goo ahead and replace wires too. Always a good idea to replace both at same time.
