i got 08 endeavor se awd.we have a viper 150 remote start from old car.i looked into 3rd key for bypass.but can the origonal key be set for the remote starter instead of the regular viper remote? also can i use a uncut key to be programed to bypass system?or does it need to be cut?

If you are using a 556U bypass you can use an uncut key. What bypass are you using. Also if you have factory keyless entry built into your key you can use that to activate the remote start. You need to tie in a relay into your door lock wires and tie in the activation input into the relay then program the activation to a double or triple pulse so that when you hit lock either 2 or 3 times (depending what you program it to on the viper) it will remote start. The only thing that you need to check is if the keyless entry is locked out when the engine is started. On my buddies Scion we did it but once you remote start you can't use the keyless anymore to unlock the doors because it is deactivated in the factory keyless/security module. You have to walk to the door and unlock with the key cylinder. Don't know if its the same with Mitsubishi.
