Does anyone know how to change them or have a guide? cause its a lot harder then it looks..

1. Even after applying alot of WD-40 and deep creep the nut and the sway bar spin at the same time...
2. is there a certain position that your sway bar itself should be at to make it easier? Are the sway bar link ends suppose to be streight when your taking them off ?
