So I need to put new LANCER and Mitsubishi logo emblems on the trunk of my 2002 Lancer OZ.....Maaco likes to break things when they repaint.

I'm hoping someone out there with an original 02 (I think 03s have the same setup as well but could be wrong) would be willing to measure from the bottom lip of the trunk up to the base of the letters LANCER and then between L and A and N, etc....(one of them would be fine, assuming they're equally spaced). Also, from the bottom of the trunk to the bottom of the Mitsubishi logo.

If anyone does this for me, I'll be forever greatful! I drove around my part of town for an hour looking for a Lancer parked somewhere...yes, I was going to be ballsy and get out and measure it and hope nobody thought I was up to no good!

Thanks to anyone who helps me out! :liebe011:

personally i think you should keep your trunk debadged. makes it look a lot better, but i have an 03 lancer and assuming they are the same measurements then...
L= 6 3/16" from bottom
L-A= 1 1/8"
A-N= 1 1/2"
N-C= 1 1/2"
C-E= 1 1/2"
top of E-top of R= 1 1/2"
symbol= 9 1/2" from bottom; 21 1/2" from side

hope this helps.
