Ok, so i have an 09 lancer gts. I love that front part on the 09 evolution. The black squarish grill piece. My question is... can that whole part be ordered and put on my lancer gts? Thanks for any info.

you would have to change out your whole bumper. If you look on the lancer that is middle part in attached to the rest of it. So unless you're good with body work I would say no...

You'd be better off changing your whole front end or having a shop cut and bondo the other piece again

dont go for an evo part unless your willing to spend 4-5k on the body..including front bumper..then youll need the fenders..then you'll need rear fenders...new rear doors..rear bumper.. and prob side skirts because with an evo kit and gts skirts it'll look odd..

so your best way is going with an aftermarket kit..because if you try to do that i promise you you'll end up spending 4-5 possibly 6k just on trying to make it look like an evo.

FMP gets my +1 for the DIY.

As for LuDa, the topic was asking about just the front bumper, not a whole kit.

Your best bet is to just paint the front bumper flat black, let it dry, then tape off everything except for the area where the 2 rectangular holes would go. Then you paint that with a darker coat of black.

Simulate the look for a fraction of the cost.

yeah but i was telling him..if you get the front bumper..you pretty much have to get teh whole kit..with that front bumper being so wide. it would look retarded having an evo front bumper and a stock lancer rest of the car.
