Some of those dealership would not stop at anything to void your warranty even if its an intake.

If they can prove the mod caused the problem they can void the warranty. Make sure your mod is removable so you can take it off before service.

put down another $1200 on your car loan payment to help pay it off faster. This way you can do WHATEVER you want with the car. :auto:

1200 bucks if you want performance get headers intake exhaust,pully drop in and if you have money left over get a reflash..

if for looks..get a decent pair of wheels and a drop and maybe a lip

A "drop in" is hardly a performance mod.

I say go for the unique mods. Do something nobody else has! I went with projectors. Why? So I can be the ONLY 2008 Lancer in the USA with OEM projectors (only the 2009 Lancers come with the option).

You should definately get something super awesome!!! If I had the money I would get a body kit! Not the GTS kit but a real body kit autocityimports.com has some good looking ones, if thats not your style then get the headers, ECU, maybe a short throw shifter! OOOOOOO I forgot there is that new thingy that you put on your roof with the spikes (someone help me out) and a rear bumper diffuser!

get some volks. with 1200 you can probably buy 1 volk and one tire. :)
