I have a 1996 l400 wa starwagon is the engine removed from below, or through the bonet.
if from below what is best way to approach the task

G'day,
I recently had a reco installed into my '95 L400 and it was done through the bottom after removing the front cross member. My mechanic told me that it was quicker than removing the front apron and radiator. However he had a hoist that I imagine would make it easier.
