Hello...I'm a newbie here looking for some advice

I am about to purchase my first performance mods and wanted some opinions from other 03 OZ Rally owners on what brands/mods they did and if they can make suggestions.

Here is what I want to do:
-headers
-cat back exhaust
-short ram intake

Thanks!

Headers you can try kamikaze or dc. I have ebay headers/downpipe but it stil works for me

Catback exhaust greddy2 evo exhaust. I'm currently running stock.

Short Ram Intake you can use any or even make your own. Mines is the cool vue air intake.

what do you want?
if you go turbo CAI is worthless
depend on what you want
i'd say empty your trunk for now and take off the back seat
lighter=faster
then attack something serious
suspention sway bars wheels(light)
point less to go fast if you can't turn/control the car

I got it here for 84 bucks but this price keeps changing. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/details/...KV4801053K.html

It's probably better if you make your own because its cheaper, but I've seen other sites who sell this intake for less. Like this site. http://www.racepages.com/parts/cold_air_in...shi/lancer.html

this for real? i highly doubt it. just doing some research looking for an ok intake not too expensive and came across this. i asked them about it and they said it comes with everything needed to install: filter, tubing, etc. i've seen intakes at local auto parts stores (pepboys, auto zone, etc.) for $20, but 15.....? tell me what you guys think.

All those mods aren't going to make much of a different until you start pushing more air through your engine, ie. turbo. Greddy makes nice pipes if you want some sound and a little hp. You may get better engine response with those mods, but in some cases you actually lose power.
