Odds are, you just need a stronger tool or use an air ratchet. If you can't access the bolts from the top, go from the bottom and use a lift. If you can't do it yourself, then pay a professional to do it for you.

Beleive it or not I'm glad you said to take a picture. When me and my buddy checked it out we realized the easiest and safest way to take that nut off is just to loosen that pulley assembly and not remove any hoses from it. The bracket will come off as well.
