Hey all,

Just wondering- has anyone done any black-out jobs on their vehicles? any vehicle. I'm thinking of trying this to my tail lights to create the Ralliart lights (painting the red to black) but don't have the balls to try it yet. Heres a link to an acura forum where i found they did it.

I know you can put film over your taillights, but as for changing the inside color I'm not really sure how you would do it. Some taillights come apart, but these you might have to bake in order to get them apart. Which I wouldn't recommend doing.

Blacking them out with tint would look sick though

I tried the paint the inside black thing. You have to bake the lights to get them apart. I melted mine while baking it and it still wouldn't come apart. Not recommended. You can buy the ralliart lights at the dealer.

do it with film first...if you're not happy with it, buy ralliart. then you will only risk 20 dollars or so, and if you like it...you save hundreds :)

RalliArt looks better regardless. No pink tint over the reverse lights.

Plus no block out of projected light, Ralli-art tails are pure sex, anything else is a waste of time and money
