There could be other underlying issues. The car may have overheated do to a bad radiator previouslly. The issue is that sumthing is loosing or consuming water. Where yu are usually parked , have yu ever noticed if there was coolant/water on the ground anywhere around under the engine area? Its hard to say , if the car has overheated/run hot with the previous owner prior times before replacing the radiator it may have deteriated the cylinder head gaskets , causing it to seep little amounts of coolant into the cylinders over days time , which can be the cause of the loss of coolant after a days time.
Since the Radiator was replaced , check the hoses and clamps. An important issue about these style radiators is that people put the original type of hose clamps back on when removing or replacing radiator hoses. Reason is that screw type hose clamps can be over tightened and easily cause stress cracks in the radiator since the radiator tanks that the coolants tanks that the hoses connect to at radiator are plastic.
overtightening screw clamps on then will make small hair line cracks on the radiator tanks that are very hard to see and over time travel along the area of the tank. The metal spring clamps that yu have to use pliers to remove them are design to contract as it heats up frum teh heat of the radiator , without stressing teh plastic tank portion of the radiator.
