Those look like the lights off of the concept x, but I'm not positive. I haven't seen anything close to this out yet, but you can now get the rallliart looking tail lights from japanparts. They don't have the redish hue so you should be able to make them look more like this with a little work. Sorry I can't be of more help.

yeah thats the concept... you can't buy those. There are no aftermarket taillights out for our cars yet. Just the ralliart ones for about $400 from your dealer!

Be patient and things will start comming out soon enough
