I'd take the gsx cause it's cheaper, AWD, and stock (so you know it hasn't been beaten on or abused too much)

these blocks are well known for taking abuse so you really shouldn't worry about blowing the motor. The tranny will hold up as long as you don't beat on it all the time. On the gsx though....the timing belt, water pump, possibly head gasket should have been changed out at 120k miles. They're not easy fixes and if you don't know how to do them shops charge A LOT for it so see if that was done. Stay away from that gst though. That thing is not gonna be reliable. It's been beaten on bad.

See how much boost it's running. Try to take the car on a pretty long test drive if you can. Make sure you try to redline the car a couple times just to see how well the turbo is holding up in there. It should pull hard from about 2k rpms all the way up to close to redline. Check how all the fluids look in the car. Find out what kind of oil was being used in the car. If you do buy it start switching over to syntethic oil so invest in a jack and some regular hand tools unless you wanna spend 80 bucks to change your oil every 3k miles. Try to find out all the maintence that was done to the car in the past year or 2. Check for any leaks anywhere. See if it's been in an accident. Any little thing you see wrong on the car you can use to lower the price.

the gsx is quite literally bone stock! Not even an intake filter. I would snatch that up for 4.5k

The GSX has an aftermarket muffler. Look under the car to see if it's a cat-back or if they just cut off the stock one and welded that one on the stock pipe.

I beat the piss out of my bone stock car and am MUCH nicer to my modded car.
