I think Im getting fuel cut in the high rpms.I havent did any fuel mods since I bought the car. any suggestions on a fuel mod . thanks

You can't just say "fuel cut, what do i do?" We need a list of mods, what you're using to tune... w/o that you could be running a gt35r with stock injectors for all we know.

i just have a stock 14b with hard icp, intake with gen2 maf and a 3inch catback. spark plugs are good,when I get on the gas fast it bogs after 3000 rpms. but if I lowley build my speed it pulls like fuck. what kind of tunning systems should I be useing?

Theres your problem that mas is flowing 20% more then your stock mas. you have to get bigger injector or get a afc to tune it with.
