Thats pretty damn good. Make sure its inspected first tho. it says "built" head, not "re-built" head so ask if its an oem head or oversized valves and whatknot.

I would also test drive it or at least let him take you for a spin if he won't let you drive

oversized valves usually indicates that theres been a good amount of work done to the head.
