My clutch fluid is vanishing and I don't know where to.... It is starting to go faster now too.. I filled it a few days ago and today I TOTALY lost my clutch, it stayed down and did not work AT ALL. No shifting or anything, I had to restart the car after every stop... Well the fluid was TOTALY DRY.. I re-filled the fluid and now it works, but there is NO resistance, it goes down with a simple tap...

Any thoughts?

 I had the same problem in the past. It was however, right after I had a new clutch installed. The valve had worked loose and the fluid was leaking out. Check your valve or have your mechanic check it.

Check the clutch master cylinder. If it is bad it will be leaking on the inside of the firewall where the pushrod comes through to attach to the clutch pedal.

The most common mistake that I have seen is that people/mechanics don't put enough fluid in the system. Just double check that.

But as jman said he just filled it up and keeps going empty so there must be a leak.
