Hey mitzibitzi,

I'm about to begin installing a NA 4G63 into my 1991 CB Lancer. Any info on the 4G63 would be great. Specifically electrics and fuel system?

Anything less than 20MB can go to Hotmail.

[/EMAIL]miller_giad@hotmail.com

Thanks in Advance.

Hello!
I just joined the site since Iīve got some problems with my Galant-90.
Itīs most likely a relay to the fuelpump that has given in.
Problem is I donīt know where that is located, or rather my friend whoīs helping me out doesnīt know where it is located.

So if anyone happen to know where I might find it I would be very grateful for any information possible!

Fred

The entire manual is HUGE, adhi. If you give me some time, I'll open a website with all the information on it and everyone can use it. Will advise you of address when it's done.

I have an 89 Galant DOHC and request any information on recharging the air conditioning system. Are there any schematics and diagrams of the systems? I have located only one port which appears to be the high pressure side and I'm looking for the low side suction port. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does your manual include info on a 1987 Mitsi Galant VR4.
This is the 4wd, 4ws version with the 2.0L dohc 4G63 engine.
Need to find info on electrical stuff, especially english translations for fuse box diagrams.
Much appreciated.

The LOW side port for the A/C charging on mine is locate down low just inches away from the compressor. It's not in vivid view like the high side is.

Thanks for the info on the AC low side position. I'll take a closer look.

It's pretty tight back there and it's impossible to physically see if the fan clutch is engaging or not. With the system being low and such it's difficult to get a sense of when the clutch engages or not based on engine speed.

Hi, I'm attempting to put a timing belt on my son's 1992 Galant with the SOHC 2.0 engine. I see you may be able to help me with a diagram of where the gears go for installation. If you have a minute, I would greatly appreciate the diagram. If you want to attach it to an e-mail to nostamp-1@juno.com I may be able to get it done yet tonight! Thanks and take care.

Another very good source is the DSM Manual CD which contains the scanned factory mechanical and electrical manuals which I believe are no longer easily available. This is probably the single best source for the 4G63 engine and the Galant and DSM counterparts, short of some internet forums, including overhaul information on the engine and transmission and almost 10 years of the Talon List archives that cover almost anything that can go wrong.
