I just got a 2004 Endeavor LS-AWD and it has condensation inside the right headlight. Any ideas how to get it out? I think that when the dealer steam-cleaned the engine compartment they got some inside the headlamp.

Any help is appreciated.

Dave B.

Yeah I'd get it out as soon as you can, from what I understand moisture is bad for halogen headlamps and can cause premature bulb failure.

Your headlamp has a bad seal and is covered under warranty.

I have a 2004 Limited and I have the same problem and it's the same right head light. I am going back to have it re-sealed this week.

The dealer should replace the entire headlamp assembly.
