like those dont know about the last one.

what about one like how most people start to mod an engine or how we got into cars and racing them.

example>>>>

stock, mid, mild, wild, all motor, supercharged, turbo charged,noz-fed, hp freak and untouchable something of that sort.

or one like
spectator, pit crew member, mechanic, chief engineer, driver, profesional, champion, undefeated. or something like that.just my opinion.

i like your second idea, i'd go with that one, but how many catagories are you guys looking for. if there's too many to the newbs it could get confusing...... i think 5 or 6 max.

Newbee 0-20 (i like that one)
apprentice 20-50
mechanic 50-200
master mechanic (200-500)
Engineer (500-2000)
Chief Engineer 2000+

+1 If the word master mechanic is under someones name it may lead people to think they actually are that.

Yeah i'm a fan of that one, if there has to be a change, although the one that's in place is nice and simple, and like people have said, some new people might be misled, it wouldn't be too much of a problem though.

I hate this one I pay for all my work but that don't mean that I don't have the same love for the car just a different kinda love., Ya know kinda like a guy with a Vet in fact he loves his car so much he takes it to the best and only the best shops he can find and pays top doller to have the work done.
Besides I might get my hands dirty and I don't know about you guys but "I" have the hands of a surgeon

Leave it how it is but add a rep rating. Which can only be given out by full members and up.
