Hi guys. Just wondering if the oil drain on the turbo had to be at the bottom of the turbo or could be facing horizontally or whatever. I realise that the oil has to 'drain' out, but I was wondering seing as how the oil drain on the turbo i bought does not face down when mounted on my exhaust manifold.

Is there any way of rotating the core with respect to the turbine housing??
I hope this made sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Get yourself an oil catch can and let the oil burn out. If you have a lot of oil, you'll want to disassemble the turbo and completely clean it.
