I've got a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS that just hit 88,000 miles. Its 2.0 DOHC, and its a manual. With the nitrous, i plan on retarding timing with a msd digital 6, plus i'm going to run plugs that are two heat ranges colder and i'm planning on running 91 octane fuel. Will it be safe?

Yeah i was planning on running 50 just be safe, might even start out w/ 35 just to see how it is....does anyone know how well a 2nd gen. eclipse can handle nitrous? Someone told me that a certain generation had trouble with something called "crank walking" and I don't know if that pertains to me or not..or maybe thats completely wrong, I dont know, any idea?

Hey thanks for the info. I apologize though, I should have been a little clearer in bringing up "crank walking". I didn't think cranking walking had anything to do with running 75 shot, I was just asking about crank walking in general, sorry for the confusion. Thanks for helping me out though, I appreciate it.
