This shop sells some pretty sweet used tires, you'd swear they're new if you saw them. I just scored two Champion LeMans 205/55/16 91H tires there, mounted and balanced, for $70 flat.

I couldn't be happier.

They're in North Houston.

I forgot to mention I have returned to this shop and bought more tires, and was even more satisfied than before.

They gave me a lower price since I was a returning customer! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) $60 for slightly bigger rear tires.

considering you can get new tires for $60, you have been incredibly ripped off.

70 bucks for a set of mounted near new tires is a good deal. you may be able to buy them at walmart for 60 bucks a piece and then pay 50 or more to have them mounted and balanced. but thats at almost 200 bucks for the new set.

That's great, it was $60 for two, and free mounting and balancing.
