Okay, I bought a "2002" oz rally but I don't see the difference from a 2002 to a 2003...
Are there any differences? Why is some called 2002's, and some called 2003's?

what are the differences!!!?

I don't think there are any differences between the two, but don't gamble on it. I'm not positive, but I would think that the 03 oz would be the year that Mitsubishi got all the kinks out of the body style. Being that the 02 was the first body style year.

Um I think the 2002 had more sensors, and the 2003 had a few less. I also believe sunroofs are available in 2002. its an option, just like the spoiler. I have a 2003 no spoiler no sunroof and its an OZ I'm positive.

Same here. I have an 03 oz but no sunroof. I'm pretty sure the only differences are engine wise because most body mods are optional (I.e. sunroof, spoiler.)

The engine is the same in oz es and ls. Its the suspension and body trim that is the big differnce. I think ls and oz are the same but I don't know much about ls. what I do know is that the OZ is a better car because of the 110mm bolt pattern, and suspension setup. not to mention they don't have fake wood trim.... I hate fake wood trim. The OZ "Rally" was built on a stock kyb susp w/ swaybars even stock they corner like a mofo.

But If you decide to take your car to the mountains and find some dirt roads to rally. it only take about a month of doing this day to day to kill your suspension. sqeeking like I beat it. Well I guess I did beat it.

2002-2003 models are identical. However SOME 2002 OZ models came with leather seats.

OZ and LS share the same suspension with KYB struts. The Bolt pattern is also different than the ES. Also both these models come with a rear sway bar stock. The OZ has the bumper lips and side skirts as well as the black interior w/silver trim

ES has a different suspension and bolt pattern. Springs from an OZ/LS won't work with an ES, however coilovers that replace the stock setup work just fine.
