I just love this paint. I get compliments everywhere I go. What do you think? I realize it is subtle, but I like it. I will get flashy soon enough

Yep that is what it is! It flakes pretty easy until you clear coat it then it is fine, you can even wash it. Speaking of which, please ignore the rest of the dash, it's dirty as hell!

clear coat is a nice touch, I use that after all my dash work too...nice shiny finish... just gotta make sure to wait till its completely dry before you handle it, or youll get fingerprints in it... :57:

Has anyone else used this stuff? It really wasn't hard to do. I basically sanded it real good with wetsand paper, let it dry, then primer, let it dry again, applied the speckle stone paint, let it dry, then clear coated about 3 layers. Took about two days to complete. Canadian Tire is sooo great for paint.

Actually the clear coat I use is matt or dull finish. Dont need the sun glaring at me from the dash as well. :57:

Not to get off topic but I bought a new wagon which I posted in the garage and relegated the red one to parts car for now. I already stripped out all of the painted pieces to put in the newer wagon so it should look really sharp. I will post pics as soon as I am done! Cheers!
