I ordered a bomz short ram air intake from there site for my eclipse on march 8, right away i got a confirmation e-mail regarding the purchase with all the information about the order saying that in a couple days there will be a follow up e-mail with the tracking number for the order and an estimated shipping date. Two weeks later still no e-mail, so i e-mail them at there customer service e-mail (sales@racingworks.com). still no response. then they e-mail me back with the invoice for the order and thats it, still no tracking number. So i Phone them today during the hours they say there open (10am-6pm eastern time weekdays) and no answer. At this point i dont know what to think, i did a search on google about other peoples experiences dealing with the company before i even made the order, and no one had anything bad to say about them, so i trusted the site and ordered it off of them. right now i am not happy. have any of you guys ever dealt with this company? should i be worried?
